The Alliance for San Juan Art, Inc. (TASJA) is an organization incorporated on November 24, 2020 as a Delaware nonprofit corporation with 501(c)3 tax exempt status.  See here for the State of Delaware Certificate of Incorporation and here for the IRS determination letter.

Visitors to our website, accessible via tasja.org, do not need to provide personally-identifying information to access to any portion of it. We do not publish a newsletter or blog requiring personally identifying information for access. We encourage visitors to our website to read about the Alliance for San Juan Art and its principal advocacy, Art in the Public Square.

On our website we may publish in certain instances, personally identifying information about sources of content, supporters, and donors, or may publish such in the future. We may ask for the permission of sources of content, such as images, we consider for publication. We may also acknowledge on our website publicly available names, titles, and organization names (and in some cases personally-identifying information with mutual agreement) of persons who assist us in obtaining information about the many sources that reference public art.

We may obtain and retain publicly available employment email addresses and names of individuals that are employed by them. We may contact those individuals within organizations to further our objectives related to public art in San Juan Capistrano. Also, from time to time we receive emails from organizations and individuals. We may retain these emails, which may contain personally-identifying information about senders, in our files. We do not share personally-identifying information concerning an individual, sent to us by email and understood by us not publicly available, with other organizations without permission of that individual.

No transmission and storage of data is completely secure, and submissions are at the sender's sole risk.

We do not accept electronically, retain and use electronically, mailing lists containing personally-identifying information prepared by other organizations.

We may disclose personally-identifying and/or potentially personally-identifying information we have collected in response to a subpoena, court order or other governmental request, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect our property or rights of third parties or the public at large.
